AIE Design Studio

Package 1:
Design Consultation and Analysis for exteriors and interior spaces including an
overall space planning idea, color and material suggestions, and a written design
analysis.

Package 2:
Design Consultation and Analysis for exterior and interior spaces as stated in
package 1, conceptual design floor plans, elevations, color and material boards,
and two 3D colored views.

Package 3:
Design Consultation and Analysis for exterior and interior spaces as stated in
packages 1 and 2, a completed set of design plans, construction documents,
relevant specifications, including construction drawings of Joint Venture Partners
in Design for Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering
compiled on a project by project basis, submission of construction plans to DSA,
OSHPD, and/or respective City officials correspondingly, overall construction,
and project implementation oversight.

Price of Design Packages are carefully put together to accommodate every client’s
budget needs.

Additional custom 3D views, 3D models, and 3D fly-by views can be obtained
separately from the above design packages - charges may vary depending on client's
investment needs.

AIE Design Studio provides interior earthquake proofing, including securing bookcases,
picture frames on walls, and cabinetry latch installation. Joint Venture Partners in Design
offer exterior earthquake investigation and retrofitting on a project by project basis.

AIE Design Studio provides Faux Design in joint venture with EBG www.itsfauxbeautiful.com
On a project by project basis for both commercial and residential projects.
